  • Welcome!

Life can be overwhelming and challenging at times. Stress from work, relationship problems, and family issues aren't unusual for most people. You may be used to dealing with it alone or get support from those close to you. Sometimes there are more difficult issues to deal with, you feel stuck, or worry you may be a burden.

Seeking support from a therapist you've never met before might feel unnecessary and can initially be uncomfortable. A therapist can provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your thoughts and emotions, help you gain insights, and teach you new skills to better manage what life brings. No issue is too small. If something bothers you, stresses you out, or you find yourself thinking about it a lot, it probably means something. What it means depends on the person, the situation, and past experiences but figuring that out can foster healing, growth, resilience, and change.
